I'm not a bodybuilder or a fitness model I'm just an average person with a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals (whatever the goal may be). I got into personal training after realizing just how much better I started feeling after I incorporated better eating habits and exercise into my lifestyle. I'm a certified personal trainer with American College of Sports Medicine, certification in Exercise is Medicine though ACSM and certified as a Senior Fitness Specialist with the American Council on Exercise. I will work with you to develop a workout plan that works for you and your goals. I want you to be successful in reaching your goals. When you start a program with me, know that I’ll be in your corner, coaching you each step of the way, keeping you accountable in exercise and giving you that dose of encouragement when you need it most. I will not give you a cookie cutter program, I will give you a customized workout plan.
